At this year’s Canstar Blue’s Awards Felix Mobile, part of TPG Telecom, has won Australia’s most trusted mobile plan provider and most satisfied customers for prepaid SIM-only providers.
This is Felix Mobile’s first appearance in Canstar Blue’s prepaid provider ratings and boy did they excel. They not only took out top spot but scored five stars (out of five) for overall satisfaction, value for money, customer service, sign up and activation and billing. Ease of recharge scored four stars while network coverage rated three.
Recently Felix Mobile also passed the accomplishment of donating two million trees in the restoration of native habitats and the protection of Australian wildlife. Each month, for every customer that remains a customer at Felix Mobile they plant one tree as part of their initiative with the non-profit organisation, One Tree Planted.
With the Australian Koala population constantly under threat Felix has concentrated its tree-planting within Australia in areas supporting koala habitat rehabilitation.
Felix mobile is Australia’s first telco brand to be powered by 100% renewable electricity and is also carbon neutral certified with a mission to transform the mobile industry by combining value, simplicity, and sustainability. With three mobile plans on offer:
These plans come with no lock in contract and optional feature add-ons available, plus one tree planted every month you’re with us. You can get more info on these plans over at felixmobile.com.au.
