JBL’s portable speaker range gets a refresh with new Xtreme, Clip and Go models

When it comes to portable sound there aren’t many out there who can compete with JBL for sound, style and options. It’s the wide range of speakers which makes JBL’s range so compelling at every budget and for every use-case.

The new speaker range pushes the sound sense further than ever, while also improving connectivity and they take a leap forward in their environmental credentials with a huge increase in post-consumer recycled materials and earth friendly packaging.

JBL Xtreme 4

The largest of the new range, JBL’s Xtreme is a great speaker for party sound, portable and anywhere booming audio.

It now comes with what JBL are calling AI Sound Boost which does a real-time analysis of your audio to optimise the output for a more powerful as well as clear sound profile.

It’s a waterproof and dustproof speaker with Bluetooth 5.3 with Low Energy capabilities as well as multi-speaker connectivity – all with a strong 24 hour playtime.

Xtreme 4 incorporates an impressive 70% post consumer plastics, and 100% post consumer recycled fabric for the speaker grille, while packaging is FSC-certified paper, printed with Soy Ink.

JBL has also introduced a replaceable battery to expand the lifespan of the device.

JBL Clip 5

That iconic Clip speaker from JBL has long allowed users to get great sound from a small portable speaker with a clip on to anything format.

A redesigned carabiner has a bigger opening making it easier to clip onto different things no matter what you’re doing.

Battery life is 12 hours, with Bluetooth 5.3, plus an IP67 Water and dust-proof rating.

JBL’s Clip 5 is also Auracast compatible, and includes the same level of post-consumer recycled materials as the Xtreme 4

JBL Go 4

If you’re looking for something smaller, JBL’s smallest is the Go 4 which offers cracking great sound for it’s compact size.

An awesome 7 hours of battery life along with a waterproof and dustproof rating it’s got all the features with Bluetooth 5.3, LE Audio, Multi-speaker and Auracast compatability. It comes in six colours and uses 80% post consumer recycled plastics and 100% PCR fabric.
