Another Westpac issue – When will they admit they have a serious problem still underlying their digital systems?

Time for Westpac CEO Peter King or his successor Anthony Miller to step up and explain to their customers what the heck is going on this week.

Outages for their mobile and online banking for many parts of this week, and limits to who can access those services based on IP address or location have caused havoc for their customers.

But not all customers.

Tonight, users are reporting to EFTM that their App is not correctly showing their digital cards, making payments on the go impossible unless you can duck home to get your cards.

First reported in the EFTM Man Cave several users Westpac apps are not showing any digital cards

Another user says the same issue is happening with the Bank of Melbourne app.

We will ask Westpac what’s going on, and let you know if they reply.

Don’t hold your breath though.
