Beatbot AquaSense Pro and iSkim Ultra Review – life-changing for you and your backyard pool!

Just as robot Vacuums have revolutionised the home cleaning market there’s one new segment I notice at the biggest consumer tech shows in the world – Robot Pool Cleaners. We’ve reviewed a couple already here at EFTM but the latest is from a brand called Beatbot.

Once again, this is not a review I could undertake with ease – I don’t have pool! But, I offered my mate Stace a look at two products from BeatBot and with his agreement, I took them around!

While my father-in-law in his upgrade to the Aiper was coming from a more traditional automated pool cleaner, Stace and his family have been doing it old-school – the manual pool vacuum.

Paired with a pool cover living in an area rich with falling leaves, this is one heck of a maintenance job just to take a weekend swim.

Spoiler alert, the addition of Robots to the pool here has been a game-changer, so I’ll leave it to Stace’s own words to tell you why:

What an upgrade….. have been using the Beatbot AquaSense Pro in tandem with the iSkim Ultra to clean out pool, amazing technology.

Both devices allowed me to either enjoy more leisure time without the hassle of manual cleaning or on occasions set the pool cleaners, then mowed the lawn, did the edges and tidied the garden.  Once finished the outside chores freshened up with a swim in a sparkling clean pool.

The iSkim Ultra is $2,499 and I think that’s a big price for plenty of people, but what you need to weigh up is that relaxation time on your weekend and just how important that is to you!

Mark my words, there’s going to be many more brands in this space, just like the Robot Vacuum market has grown, so too will pool cleaners – Australia is the perfect market for them.
