CHIN UP, CHAMP – Victoria Bitter stirs up interstate rivalry with their “Very Bitter Tissues”

As official “Beer of Origin” for the 2025 State of Origin competition, the guys at Victoria Bitter have come up with a unique way to show your support for your team, plus take the opportunity to have a gentle stir of your mates over the border.

VB’s “Very Bitter Tissues” allows you to help your interstate mates cope with the beating your team inflicted on them throughout the State of Origin Series.

These boxes of tissues have a bit of a bet each way, by showcasing both a Blue and Maroon design and featuring such soothing messages as “Chin up, Champ”, “Sorry for your loss” & “You tried your best”

With registrations now open just go to vb.com.au/tissues and nominate your team. Following games one and two those that nominated the winning team will be invited to order their own “Very Bitter Tissues”.  VB says there is a limited number of tissues available so be ready to grab yours as soon as that final hooter sounds.

Now the trick is not to get too cocky after game one cause it may come back to bite you but what better way to rub it in when your team gets on top?

Make sure you re-register after game one because a new entry is required for game two. And of course you must be 18+ to enter.

As someone who resides north of the border I hope we reverse the outcome from 2024 – QUEENSLANDER!!
