Razer launch the new Blackshark V3 gaming headsets, including a pro-grade wireless model

Razer has been on a tear lately and today has announced another new addition to their gaming accessory lineup, this time with a pro-grade wireless headset, the Blackshark V3 Pro alongside two more affordable models.

The new Razer Blackshark V3 Pro is designed for pro-level performance, with models optimised for each of the three main gaming platforms, PC, PlayStation and Xbox. It features ultra-low latency audio of just 10ms, thanks to Razer’s Gen-2 HyperSpeed Wireless technology, which provides crystal-clear voice communication.

The new headset includes Razer’s HyperClear Full Band Mic for clear communication through the detachable 12mm microphone resulting in studio-grade voice capture with a professional-level sampling rate.

Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation helps you to immerse yourself in the game, avoid any distractions, and maintain your focus. The sound from the earcups is natural, accurate and loud thanks to Next-Gen Razer TriForce Bio-Cellulose drivers. Distortion is decreased by 50% while the spatial accuracy is increased, helping you to locate the direction and origin of sounds from within the game.

Other audio features include THX Spatial Audio with 7.1.4 Surround Sound (PC only), compatibility with Tempest 3D Audio for console-specific
soundscapes (PlayStation) and support for Windows Sonic for spatial sound tuned to Xbox environments (Xbox).

“The BlackShark series has long been a trusted choice among competitive gamers,” said Jeffrey Chau, Global Esports Director at Razer. “With the BlackShark V3 Pro line, we’ve refined the essentials — sound quality, comfort, and noise isolation — based on direct feedback from esports professionals. Now, with the fastest wireless performance and ultra-low latency audio, every detail is tuned to meet the demands of today’s top players, delivering the clarity, speed, and focus they need to perform at their best.”

Connectivity-wise, the new Razer Blackshark V3 Pro supports 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth USB-A and 3.5mm connections. You can even use 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed Wireless and Bluetooth audio simultaneously for dual-device connectivity.

Alongside the Blackshark V3 Pro, Razer also announced the Blackshark V3 and the Blackshark V3 X HyperSpeed.

The BlackShark V3 features TriForce Titanium 50 mm Drivers Gen-2, THX Spatial Audio, and a HyperClear Superwide Band Mic along with Bluetooth, HyperSpeed Wireless and USB connectivity and is also available for all three gaming platforms.

The Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed is the entry-level headset featuring 7.1 Surround Sound, and a HyperClear Cardioid Mic with support for HyperSpeed Wireless, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity.
