LASER launches their new Gaming projector with retro games built-in

Back in the day when the SNES, SEGA Genesis, Atari and their ilk were ruling the gaming space, the games were fun and now you can get back to them, and introduce the kids to these classics with the LASER Retro Gaming Projector.

This portable, all-in-one entertainment hub projects 720P resolution at 300nits brightness at up to 120” in size, with a foldable cloth screen included in the box and includes auto-keystone so it can set itself up with minimal fuss once it’s turned on, with a remote control included as well to make the process easier.

The projector comes with two wireless controllers to play the 80 classic games including fan favourites like Street Racer and World Rally, which have been officially licensed for the system.

While 80 titles are good, Retro gamers will be pleased to find emulators for NES, SNES, Mega Drive, SEGA Genesis, N64, Gameboy, GBA, Atari, SNK and more pre-installed, you just add your own ROMs.

There’s a HDMI so you can connect a TV Streaming stick, DVD player or other devices, as well as being a Cast target from your phone.

The projector also has access to the Google Play Store so you can download and play Android games, as well as streaming services.

Chris Lau, Managing Director at LASER said

“We’re thrilled to launch a product that brings the joy of retro gaming to Aussie homes, with over 80 licensed games ready to play straight out of the box. Just in time for Father’s Day, this is the perfect gift for anyone looking to relive their arcade days or introduce loved ones to the classics.”

You can pick one of the LASER Retro Gaming Projector’s up for 9 AUD (9 NZD) from Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi Marketplace, The Good Guys, Bing Lee and Retravision.
