The SwannBuddy4K Video Doorbell with SwannShield™AI Voice Assistant has been given an Honouree accolade for Best in Smart Home at IFA 2025’s inaugural Innovation Awards
SwannShield is the world’s first AI-Powered home security voice assistant. It is capable of holding a conversation with visitors in a staggering 100+ auto-detected languages and can be customised to deliver natural conversations in a variety of voices, accents and even demeanours.
This has given it a clear advantage over its competitors and enabled the SwannBuddy4K Video Doorbell with SwannShield™AI Voice Assistant to be recognised at the inaugural Innovation Awards at IFA2025 currently being held in Berlin.
The innovative AI allows conversations as if they were with a real human and the customisations allow users to tweak the settings to create just the vibe that suits them, be that polite, disinterested or even assertive. Perfect for those persistent doorknockers.
Since its release, the software has continued to evolve and improve so that interactions can take place at the door even if you are not home or just don’t feel inclined to engage. The really cool feature here is that these messages are not pre-recorded. They are created in real-time from the pre-existing choices you made. Whether it be a delivery that you wish to be placed behind the pot plant or specific instructions for door-to-door salespeople, the interactions are unique to that conversation following your instructions as to demeanour, tone and voice. It can even behave differently in different times of the day.
It is no surprise then that such innovation has been recognised in Berlin. According to Swann, the technology is being rolled to an ever wider selection of Swann products, such as the recently introduced EVO wireless video doorbell design, all completely free of charge, as SwannShield™ is available within the Swann Security App
