Logitech announces the new MX Master 4 with improved connectivity, control and precision

Logitech has announced the next generation of its incredibly successful productivity MX Master mouse with the MX Master 4. The new MX Master 4 is designed for creative professionals, developers, and business users, and arrives sporting immersive haptic feedback, stronger connectivity, and improved control and precision.

The MX Master 4 provides users with customisable feedback with subtle vibrations while scrolling, navigating and selecting. This is ideal for creative professionals who work with video editing and design.

The new mouse features the MagSpeed Scroll Wheel, which can scroll up to 1,000 times per second, an 8,000 DPI sensor for smooth and accurate tracking on any surface, Logitech’s Quiet Click buttons for 90% less noise than the MX Master 3, USB-C quick charging and Logitech’s usual multi-device pairing.

The battery in the wireless mouse will last up to 70 days, with a quick one-minute charge providing up to three hours of productivity.

The Logitech MX Master 4 arrives with the new Actions Ring, a virtual overlay enabled by the Logi Options+ software. The Actions Ring offers app-specific shortcuts and customisable controls that allow frequently used tools to be accessed easily and quickly.

The MX Master 4 features a new high-performance chip and an optimised antenna to deliver an increased connectivity strength. Connecting using the USB-C dongle ensures quick and reliable connectivity across your devices.

Tolya Polyanker, General Manager of the MX Business at Logitech, said: “We designed MX Master 4 to bring next-level immersion and speed to our users thanks to the tactile haptic feedback and instant access to their favourite tools with the Actions Ring software overlay.”

Pricing and availability

The Logitech MX Master 4 is available in Graphite and Pale Grey, while MX Master 4 for Mac will be available in White Silver. Priced at 9.95 AUD, each purchase includes a one-month complimentary membership to Adobe Creative Cloud with apps such as Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro.
