Gozney announce the Arc Light – A pizza oven to go

Outdoor pizza oven experts Gozney have announced the newest addition to their popular Arc and Arc XL series, the Arc Lite.

Designed to take anywhere, it just might be the Tardis of pizza ovens, perfect to take anywhere or not take up too much room on your balcony. Almost bigger on the inside than the outside

Measuring only 430mm (16.9”) wide you can still fit a full 12’ pizza into the Arc lite so it doesn’t compromise on cooking surface, and weighing in at only 12kg it makes a compelling case for a must-have for those where space is limited.

Gozney have a unique approach to how they distribute heat around their ovens. By utilising their signature lateral rolling flame they manage to quickly deliver temperatures of around 500° C evenly balanced throughout the oven interior. They claim that this flame pattern delivers the “leopard-spotted crusts that define restaurant-quality pizza”.

“Everyone deserves to experience cooking with real fire. That’s where Arc Lite comes in,” said Tom Gozney, Founder and CEO of Gozney. “It’s compact, powerful, and easy to use. You can place it on a balcony or take it to your mate’s, and it still kicks out the same flame and heat as our bigger ovens”.

The Arc Lite comes with a 12mm stone floor, an insulated body to protect you from the intense heat generated, a stone adjustment tool and a fixed gas hose and regulator

The Gozney Arc Lite is available for pre-order at their Australian website for $AUD649 including free shipping and will be available at selected retail stores from 3rd March
