Anker SOLIX announce its next generation portable power stations, the C1000 Gen 2 and the C2000 Gen 2, lighter and more compact than ever

Anker SOLIX has announced the Australian pricing and availability of its next-generation portable power stations, the Anker SOLIX C1000 Gen 2 and Anker SOLIX C2000 Gen 2.

The new power stations offer portable power across a range of locations, including remote camping, on the worksite, or at home.

The new C1000 Gen 2 is lighter than comparable models, weighing 11.3kg, while the C2000 Gen 2 packs extra power into its 18.9kg, also lighter than comparable models.

Charging is quick for both power stations with the C1000 Gen 2 a Guinness World Record holder thanks to its ability to reach a full charge in just 49 minutes.  The C2000 Gen 2 reaches its 100% charge in 58 minutes with a combined AC and solar input solution.

Charging solutions for the power stations include AC, solar and alternator charging while driving

Both devices can power virtually all household and worksite appliances, including fridges, power tools and medical appliances, with the C1000 Gen 2 and the C2000 Gen 2 capable of 3,000W peak power and 4,000W peak power, respectively.

The C2000 Gen 2 capacity expands to 4kWh with an optional additional battery for those looking for a longer off-grid power supply.

The power stations are ideal in the event of a power blackout, with both models featuring a 10ms UPS switchover to keep your essentials, including medical devices and home offices, running continuously.

Power outages and off-grid travel aren’t edge cases in Australia, but instead they’re part of everyday life for a lot of households,” said Symons Xie, GM of Anker SOLIX APAC. “Whether it’s storm-related blackouts, working on regional sites or heading away for a few days, Australians want power that’s quiet, reliable and ready to go. That’s exactly what the C1000 Gen 2 and C2000 Gen 2 are designed for. They are fast to recharge, quiet enough to use anywhere, and ready when the grid isn’t.

For those Hawthorn Hawks fans willing to admit to supporting such an unlikeable team (from me as a Geelong supporter), Anker SOLIX, now an official partner of the Hawthorn Football Club, is offering exclusive benefits during the launch period.

Both the Anker SOLIX C1000 Gen 2 and the C2000 Gen 2 are available from March 12, 2026, via select retailers and online, with early-bird pricing until March 11 at $999 AUD (C1000 Gen 2) and $1,799 AUD (C2000 Gen 2).

Registered customers will also receive perks, including:

  • First 50 C1000 Gen 2 purchasers receive a free 100W solar panel (valued at $299 AUD)
  • Other registered C1000 Gen 2 customers receive a premium water-resistant carry bag
  • C2000 Gen 2 purchasers receive a free 800W alternator charger (valued at $599 AUD)
