ASUS ProArt GoPro Edition Lands in Australia: The Ultimate Adventure Laptop for creators

GoPro is almost synonymous with on-the-go adventure and experiences, and creating on the go has never been easier with the new ASUS ProArt GoPro edition laptop launching in Australia today, bringing a comprehensive, durable tool to ‘unleash the adventurous spirit of Australia’s dynamic storytellers’.

Announced at CES earlier this year, the limited-edition ASUS ProArt GoPro Edition (PX13) is designed to go anywhere with you. It’s built to MIL-STD-810H military grade standards for durability so it can follow you anywhere and comes in an exclusive (and very cool looking) black metal finish.

The convertible 360°-flippable form factor includes a 13.3” 3K resolution pantone validated ASUS Lumina OLED touch display that includes stylus support. It comes in a 16:10 aspect ratio perfect for editing timelines, and covers 100% DCI-P3 color gamut making it great for colour grading.

Powered by an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor with 50 TOPS NPU, it also includes 128GB unified memory across the Radeon graphics. The laptop also comes with up to 1TB of gen4 M.2 SSD storage allowing for fast, offline editing on the go.

The GoPro integration isn’t just a name splashed on the lid, ASUS and GoPro have worked to bring hardware and software integration to the laptop to make it easier to collate your footage.

A dedicated GoPro Hotkey provides instant launch access to GoPro Player, optimising the editing of immersive 360° footage.

ASUS have also integrated GoPro Cloud access into their StoryCube digital asset management tool offering 360° video support, AI sorting – and best of all for GoPro users, a 12-month GoPro Premium+ subscription offering unlimited GoPro Cloud storage and seamless capture-to-edit capabilities.

There’s also the ASUS DialPad build-in, offering fine, fingertip control over a range of tools in Adobe apps including brush sizes, exposure adjustments, and editing timelines.

Bradley Howe, Head of Consumer, ASUS Australia.

“We are proud to launch the ProArt GoPro Edition here in Australia. This collaboration with GoPro is more than just a product launch; it’s a strategic commitment to empowering Australia’s unique creative community. We’ve combined ASUS’ cutting-edge AI and engineering prowess with GoPro’s legacy of adventure to deliver a device that truly understands and meets the demands of those who capture and create in Australia’s diverse and challenging environments. This is a game-changer for on-the-go professionals and enthusiasts alike.”

The ASUS ProArt GoPro Edition (PX13) is available in limited release from today through the ASUS e-store, as well as key retailers and channel stores including JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Officeworks (online only), The Good Guys, Computer Alliance, Centre Com, Scorptec, JW and PLE.
