Dyson is innovating in more than just their appliances with their “Never without your Dyson” program

We all know how annoying it can be to be without your car when it is in for repairs. Right? What has this got to do with vacuum cleaners? Bear with me.

Mechanics and car dealers have realised the benefit of providing a courtesy vehicle for customers so they aren’t inconvenienced by being without their car when it is being repaired.

Well Dyson have introduced the “Never Without Your Dyson” program so that if they can’t fix your appliance on the spot they will loan you a cleaned, safety-checked latest technology machine so you don’t fall behind

The service is only available at selected Dyson stores and Service Centres in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth at the moment but the concept deserves a shout-out.

Dyson claim that 85% of repairs to their products can be performed immediately but for the other 15% this would be very handy. In the event they can’t repair your appliance they even give you the option of trading up to the loan model
