ECOVACS Showcases Robotics For All with Window, Lawn, & Pool Robots and new DEEBOT X12S OmniCyclone robot vacuum

Over in Berlin we’re seeing the future of home appliances, with robotics taking a front and centre role. ECOVACS is showcasing their latest innovations and “Robotics for All” vision across multiple categories.

The company was recently named by Forbes China as the global No.1 home robotics brand and with a 30 year history and products serving more than 38 million households across nearly 180 markets worldwide it’s easy to see why.

David Qian, CEO of ECOVACS ROBOTICS said

The future of home robotics is not about adding more products. It is about giving people more freedom from everyday tasks. By reusing around 80% of our core technologies and adapting 20% to each scenario, we can bring robotics from floors and windows to lawns and pools. Looking ahead, we will continue to innovate to make robotics more intelligent, autonomous and accessible, helping more people enjoy an easier everyday life.

At their booth at Messe Berlin, ECOVACS will be showcasing their home innovations, including the new DEEBOT X12S OmniCyclone robot vacuum.

The DEEBOT X12S OmniCyclone is ECOVACS’ new flagship robot vacuum, featuring the next-generation OZMO ROLLER 3.0 mop. This latest gen roller mop is 27cm long, that’s 50% longer than the last generations and doubles the cleaning efficiency when mopping.

The robot also includes ‘FocusJet Stain Pre-Dissolving’ tech which can pre-treat tough kitchen stains before it starts mopping. The OZMO ROLLER 3.0 can exert 4,000Pa of downward pressure while spinning at 220 RPM making short work of those tough stains.

The robot also includes a new 53AW motor that’s 60% stronger than the last model, and includes an Anti-mite Chamber to remove up to 95.45% of dust mites. Controlling it all is the ECOVACS app, and AGENT YIKO 3.0, ECOVACS’ autonomous AI Agent Manager.

Rounding it out is the fully automated OMNI Station that handles charging as well as mop washing, drying and dust disposal.

Still helping around the home, ECOVACS will also be showcasing the WINBOT W3 OMNI announced earlier this year

The WINBOT W3 OMNI is the latest in a line of window cleaning robots that began with their first Winbot all the way back in 2011. This latest model features Vortex Wash, an industry-first automatic wiping-pad cleaning technology which does away with the need to manually wash dirty pads.

ECOVACS is also showcasing their robotics around the home, with their GOAT T lawn mower series and ULTRAMARINE L1 PRO pool cleaners.

The GOAT T series will be highlighting the TruEdge Trimmer, a feature designed to cut closely along lawn borders – taking follow-up work out of the equation.

This robot lawn mower range also features industry-exclusive HoloScope 360 Dual-LiDAR Navigation which can help with the varied garden layouts, letting it do more without human intervention.

ECOVACS says their GOAT robotic mowers have covered nearly 1.4 billion sq. m. of lawn around the world, that’s the same as 200,000 standard soccer pitches.

The ULTRAMARINE L1 PRO will also be shown off, cleaning the pool at their booth in Berlin.

The ULTRAMARINE L1 PRO is designed to make pool care simpler by bringing robotics to another usually manual task. The robot takes all the time and effort out of pool cleaning, quietly navigating around the bottom of your pool autonomously cleaning.

The growing number of categories ECOVACS has now entered and gained traction is due to their investment of over $100 million AUD in R&D in the first half of this year alone netting them more than 3,100 patents.

The vertical structure of ECOVACS means that these patents can be quickly developed into new products, bringing ECOVACS proven robotics expertise into new categories and markets at scale.

Trevor is over in Berlin at the moment and checking out all the latest gear. We’ll have more on the DEEBOT X12S OmniCyclone launch soon.
