Roborock Scores A Clean Sweep for Satisfied Customers at Canstar 2026 Awards

Roborock have been around Australian homes for some time and that association has paid off, taking home Canstar’s 2026 Most Satisfied Customer award for Robot Vacuums.

The win comes off the back of Canstar’s most recent survey of 354 Australians, who rated Roborock the highest overall compared to other robotic vacuums on the market.

The results show Roborock nailing it across every category, with Five Stars in Overall Satisfaction, Performance, Features and Functionality, Battery and Charging Performance, Design, Ease of Use and Value for Money.

Danni Li, Marketing Lead, Roborock said

“We are honoured to have been awarded the Most Satisfied Customer Award from Canstar. The way we define success at Roborock has always been measuring how much we can reduce the complexity or daily chores of modern life, giving our customers more time to spend on what they love to do. Consumer centricity is a core value here, and our R&D team places a huge emphasis on using real customer feedback to shape what comes next. We look at what they love, what they don’t, what is slowing them down at home, what do they wish they had from these products. So this award is particularly special as it’s been decided by the people that actually use robotic vacuums – that is the signal to us that we are doing something right.”

The awards come on the back of some solid releases from Roborock over the last couple of years, including the new Saros 20 Flow and Qrevo Edge 2 Flow. Both models use Roborock’s SpiralFlow 2.0 roller mop technology which delivers clean water across the roller mop giving your floors a cleaner, deeper and more hygienic clean for a fresher underfoot feel.

There’s more coming up soon though from Roborock, with CES just a couple of months away.
