The new Canon 5D MkIII will make you a better photographer

There’s a lot more to photography than just owning a good camera. But then again, the new 5D Mk III from Canon is so good that it will boost your skill levels by the power of osmosis.

Packing a 22.3 megapixel full frame sensor and a 61-point auto focus system, this beast of a camera offers 6 frames-per-second continuous shooting mode from its hefty magnesium alloy body.It has an inbuilt HDR mode for getting the best possible photos from high contrast scenarios, as well as the ability to take multiple exposure shots on a single photos.

High definition video recording at 1080p and a significantly faster processing speed thanks to the new DiG!C 5+ image processor make the 5D MkIII one of the most attractive cameras of the year.

Of course, all that beauty comes with a price, and in this case it’s $4,399 for the body-only, or $5,499 with a 24-105mm lens in the box.

Still, pricey or not, if you’re keen on taking your photography to the next level, this could be well worth the price of admission.

Price: From $4,399
