A Sock with a patent? Wigwam Ultra Cool Lite knows you’re sweaty

Look, I won’t lie – unlike Geoff I don’t have a sock obsession, in fact I have 15 pairs of the exact same black Bonds socks – no mismatch issues for me, and no missing socks.  So when the good folk at Wigwam wrote to me telling me about their new technology, I had to listen.

Wigwam reckon their “sock engineers” have patented sock technology that recognises your body’s temperature changes while you’re on the go and adapts to your needs.

I’ll be honest, I have not checked the validity of that claim at the Patent office, but lets run with it.

They have “breathable mesh panels” and “Ultimax® Pro” technology enhanced with “Drirelease® Tencel®” which means they have a lot of tech and ideas, or they really love the ® character.

All in all, the team at Wigwam reckon their socks are the bees knees when it comes to active feet and keeping comfy and happy during and after a long walk, hike or activity.

So, if hiking is your thing – perhaps you should be checking out the Wigwams huh?

They’re made from 45% Stretch Nylon, 29% X2O® Acrylic, 22% Drirelease® Tencel® (88% Polyester, 12% Tencel®) and 4% Spandex.

Priced from $22.95 up to $27.95 depending on how high you like your socks – look or Wigwam at outdooragencies.com.au or call 1300 784 266 to find your nearest store.
