Huawei brings Freebuds 3, Watch GT 2 and P30 Pro Black to Australia

Hot on the heels of the announcement of the Australian launch of the Mate 30 Pro last week, Huawei has today announced the Watch GT2, Freebuds 3 and a new colour variant of the P30 Pro are now available in Australia.

P30 Pro
The P30 Pro has been on-sale in Australia since April, when it impressed Trevor, and everyone else who used it. The phone is getting a mid-cycle refresh with a new colour choice: Black.

The phone still has the phenomenally good Leica quad-camera array on the rear, which uses the AI capabilities of the Kirin 990 processor to produce stunning photos, even in low-light. A massive 6.47-inch ‘FullView’ OLED display adorns the front, which blends into the glass rear of the phone for a stylish polished look.

Huawei is selling the P30 Pro in Black through JB HiFi, Mobileciti and the Huawei Authorised Experience Store for $1,399.

Watch GT 2
Huawei announced their Watch GT 2 alongside the Mate 30 Pro in September, and is now bringing the watch to Australia.

Available in two sizes – 46mm and 42mm – the watch comes in three versions: Sport, Classic and Elite, with a focus on enhanced sport and health management features, with a stylish look that offers options to everyone.

Priced from $399, the Watch GT2 includes a large battery with the 46mm version able to go for up to 2 weeks on a single charge, while the 42mm version is no slouch and will last up to one week in classic mode.

The extensive battery life allows users to sleep with their watch with Huawei TruSleep 2.0 able to track, and then offer insights into your sleeping patterns. Huawei also offers calming suggestions through their Huawei TruRelax software to help you de-stress your life.

The Huawei Watch GT 2 is launching over the next month, with various models heading to JB Hifi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys as well as through Amazon, MobileCiti, Kogan and the Huawei Experience Store.

Freebuds 3
Finally, Huawei’s Freebuds 3 are launching in Australia for AUD$299 in Carbon Black and Ceramic White colour options.

These truly wireless earbuds offer intelligent noise cancellation to help drown out the drone of everyday life, while their generous on-board battery will deliver up to 4-hours before you need to recharge in the included charging case that offers up to 20 hours of life.

The Freebids 3 include touch controls, and pair to your device using Bluetooth 5.1. Huawei’s custom Kirin A1 chip also reduces interference for a more seamless listening experience.

Larking Huang, Managing Director of Huawei Consumer Business Group Australia said,

Huawei is renowned for developing innovative products that complement the daily lives of Australians. We’re very excited to launch a product that will offer a truly premium audio experience. Thanks to the impressive noise cancellation capabilities and supremely comfortable design, the FreeBuds 3 deliver unmatched clarity and performance in even the most challenging settings.

The Freebuds 3 will be available to purchase from November 15th for $299 from Vodafone, Optus Selected Stores, Amazon, Mobileciti, Kogan, Happytel and Huawei Authorised Experience Stores.
