Huawei Watch Fit brings a fun design to fitness with a 10-day battery life

During their Developer Conference earlier this month, Huawei showed off an absolute bonanza of hardware. There’s a lot coming, but the first to arrive is the Huawei Watch Fit, a fun, colourful design that offers 10-day battery life.

The Watch Fit features a 1.64-inch AMOLED touch display with a rounded off rectangular display (not square!). The watch comes in a number of colourful designs including Mint Green, Sakura Prink and Graphite Black.

The Watch Fit weighs in at just 34 grams with the strap but includes GPS, SpO2 monitor, Optical heart rate sensor and can provide stress management tools in addition to tracking steps, and more.

There’s 96 sports activities the watch can track, including the usual running, biking and more, as well as an array of water sports like swimming which the Watch Fit is able to do with a 5ATM rating, meaning you can swim and shower in it.

As well as tracking your activity, the Watch Fit includes an animated personal trainer who can take you through 12 workouts, which include 44 posture demonstrations to ensure you can see how to do each exercise correctly.

Larking Huang, Managing Director of Huawei Consumer Business in Australia said of the launch “The WATCH FIT boasts an impressive 10 days battery life, built-in animated personal trainer and the ability to track and monitor your workouts, heart rate, sleep, stress levels and blood oxygen saturation, making it the new smart workout partner that every Aussie fitness beginner or enthusiast needs this year.

The Huawei Watch Fit is now on-sale in Australia and can be found in-store at  JB Hi-FiHarvey NormanThe GoodGuysAmazonMobilecitiKogan and the Huawei Authorised Experience Store. The Good Guys and Harvey Norman won’t be stocking the Mint Green option, while JB Hifi will only have Mint Green available online. Everyone else will stock the full range of colours.
