Regional mobile users often struggle for reception in various areas of the country but to help them get the most out of their mobile use Telstra has the Blue Tick certification. Devices receive the Blue Tick after undergoing through testing at Telstra’s Wireless Innovation Lab in Paramatta along with real world testing in remote locations.
The Blue Tick designates that the device is in Telstra’s top group for connectivity in rural and regional areas with all current Blue Tick devices being either Samsung or Telstra branded.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+ join last year’s Samsung Note20 5G and Note20 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S20 5G, S20+ 5G, S20 FE 5G and the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G as the latest Samsung phones to receive the Blue Tick from Telstra.

This way you can be sure you are getting a device that will make give you the best possible performance on the Telstra network in these areas.
If you are a rural user who looks for the Blue Tick before purchasing a handset there are now two more for you to add to the list of possible devices.
