Paramount+ launches in Australia from $9 per month with loads of TV and Movies to check out

If lockdown has you bored, there’s some good news if you’re looking for something to watch with the Paramount+ streaming service now available in Australia.

The video on demand service launched in the US earlier this year as a rebrand of the CBS All Access service before arriving on our shores today for $8.99 AUD per month, or $89.99 AUD per year with a free 7-day trial to start you off.

The service features ‘more than 20,000 episodes and movies’ from a wide range of sources including your favourites from Nickelodeon, Smithsonian Channel, CBS, Comedy Central, BET, MTV, Paramount Pictures and more.

As well as full series of South Park, The Big Bang Theory and more, Paramount+ will also deliver a range of original programming including new series based on popular game series Halo, as well as a TV adaptation of The Italian Job, and others like Y:1883 and more.

The device support for Paramount+ is fairly extensive with apps available for iOS and Android devices, with support for AppleTV, GoogleTV/Android TV, Chromecast, Fetch, Telstra TV and Amazon FireTV devices.  You can also login on your PC or laptop to watch via a web browser.

If you want to sign up for the free trial you can head to the Paramount+ website now and check it all out.
