Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige Toothbrush and Power Flosser 3000 and 7000 arrive in Australia

Philips have announced their latest Sonicare range which includes the Sonicare 9900 Prestige electric toothbrush announced at CES earlier this year, as well as the Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 and Power Flosser 7000 are now available to buy in Australia.

Sonicare 9900 Prestige

The Sonicare 9900 Prestige is their most advanced power toothbrush says the company, with SenseIQ technology on-board which can sense your brushing technique and adapt if you push too hard.

The connected toothbrush includes Bluetooth support with both Android and iOS apps available to track your habits and provide feedback on your brushing. You can also view daily, monthly or yearly reports on your brushing with recommendations for an exceptional clean.

The toothbrush uses an all-in-one brush head with triangular tips and longer angled bristles, which Philips says can provide up to ‘100% more stain removal and up to 20% more plaque removal’.

Philips are supplying the Sonicare 9900 Prestige in two colours: Midnight Blue and Champagne which also includes a  travel case wrapped in soft-touch vegan leather that can be easily slipped into a bag.

Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 and 7000

The idea of water flossers has been around a while, and they’re quite effective at getting that extra clean feeling after a brush. The two models both offer Clean and Deep Clean+ mode with 10 intensity levels, but you get a gum massaging option with the Power Flosser 7000.

They both utilise Quad Stream technology for faster, more effective flossing with an X-shaped water stream covering more surface area, which Philips says delivers a a faster, deeper clean versus manual floss.

There’s both a Comfort Nozzle and Quad Stream nozzle included in with both the Power Flosser 3000 and 7000, though you get additional nozzles and a storage case with the Power Flosser 7000.

Availability

The new Sonicare range is now available to buy from a range of selected retailers though the Sonicare 9900 Prestige has colour exclusives. The Power Flosser series don’t have any colour exclusives but may still be hard to track down.

You can find both the Midnight Blue and Champagne coloured Sonicare Prestige 9900 for $498.99 at Amazon and Shaver Shop, while Harvey Norman will be ranging the Midnight Blue only, and Myer will sell the Champagne colour model through their online store.

The Power Flosser 3000 will be priced at $229, while the Power Flosser 7000 is priced at $269. You can find both the Power Flosser 3000 and 7000 online through Amazon.
