Australians trust Aussie Broadband more than any other telco

Roy Morgan data scientists recently completed their analysis of nominations from more than 20,000 Australians for our most trusted brands (and most distrusted brands). They found that, based on their 2022 Risk Monitor rankings, Aussie Broadband is Australia’s most trusted telecommunications brand.

The analysis showed that Aussie’s customers appreciated their “good customer service and reliability” placing them ahead of every other telecommunications brand in Australia. Aussie Broadband’s Managing Director Phillip Britt said that the recognition is a testament to the high level of customer service their staff provide.

Customer service really is at the heart of everything we do here at Aussie, which is why
we’re humbled to receive this accolade from Roy Morgan,

Phillip Britt, Managing Director, Aussie Broadband

The award is the second time this year Aussie Broadband has been recognised by Ray Morgan with Aussie Broadband being announced a winner at the annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards in 2021. This was the second year in a row that Aussie took out the Internet Provider of the Year — not only that but they finished in the top 10 for the ‘Best of the Best’ Award.

When we look at telecommunications providers, we often look to other customers of theirs for reviews to determine whether they deserve our business. It seems that Aussie Broadband are making customer satisfaction a priority of their and it is showing in now just these awards but also the sheer number of customers they now have.
