Fitbit introduces three new health and fitness trackers to its lineup

Fitness trackers have come a long way since all they could do was count steps and tell you the time. Now they could even be called health monitors (with some caveats of course). The new devices, the Inspire 3, the Versa 4 and the Sense 2, are all upgrades on previous models and aim to unlock even more health and fitness information.

The Inspire 3 is the more basic of the three and brings with it the more traditional fitness tracker design with a bright colour display. The easy-to-use fitness tracker provides you with 10 days of battery life while also allowing you to track your various health and fitness measures. It includes features such as heart rate extremes notifications, movement reminders, call, text and app notifications, menstrual health tracking, an alarm function and standard Fitbit features such as exercise, sleep and food logging and more. The Fitbit Inspire 3 is available for pre-order now from Fitbit online and retailers for 9.95, shipping “by 15 September.”

The Fitbit Versa 4 is the next step up in fitness tracking offering a more tradition watch-type design, incorporating over 40 exercise modes, real-time stats, built-in GPS and somehow over six days of battery life. The Versa 4 will also give you a breakdown of your sleep metrics and help you get a better quality sleep. Other features include SpO2 tracking, stress score, heart rate notifications, Alexa built in, Fitbit Pay, Google Wallet (Google Pay) and more. This high-end health tracker retails for 9.95 and is available for pre-order now from Fitbit online, shipping September 29.

The new Fitbit Sense 2 is Fitbit’s most advanced health-focused smartwatch designed to help you manage stress levels and track your health with advanced sensors that can track your “heart health with sensors that can detect signs of atrial fibrillation through our ECG app and PPG algorithm (both FDA cleared and CE marked), heart rate variability, skin temperature and more. It also includes our new Body Response sensor, which measures cEDA for all-day stress management.”

The sleek and slim Sense 2 smartwatch gives you smart information on the go along with a six-day battery life, hundreds of clock faces, Fitbit and Google Pay support, built in Alexa and more. This premium health and fitness smartwatch will retail for 9.95 when it ships on September 29. Pre-orders are available now from Fitbit online.

All the above devices come with six months access to Fitbit Premium to take your health experience to the next level with features such as Daily Readiness Score and Sleep Profile along with “over 1,000 workout and mindfulness sessions to keep your mind and body active”.

Alongside the above health and fitness trackers Fitbit also announced a second season of stylish bands from Brother Vellies for Sense 2, Sense, Versa 4 and Versa 3 users for those who want to be able to wear their Fitbit in any environment.
