Lian Li motorised train PC case is the craziest PC case ever

PC casemods are generally the domain of the enthusiastic gamer or the professional nerd. But soon they’ll also appeal to train model enthusiasts, if this upcoming Lian Li case is anything to go by.

Dubbed the CK-101 and set to be unveiled at the upcoming Computex conference in Taiwan, the Lian Li case is not just in the shape of a steam train, it also runs around a track and seems to produce its own steam.

As Engadget points out, actually connecting a wired peripheral to this is going to be problematic, and at the moment there are more questions than answers about how it will actually be powered, and whether the steam is actually steam at all.

But in terms of design, this is amazingly unique. Not necessarily practical, but since when has that mattered to model train enthusiasts?
