The NSW Police took delivery of a brand spanking new Porsche 911 Carrera this week, with the markings designed by an International student studying in Sydney – and it looks sensational.
If you were hoping to get pulled over on the F3 (M1 Motorway) then don’t get your hopes up – the vehicle is part of the NSW Police community engagement program which sees officers attend schools, community events, charity fund-raisers and local youth programs in an effort to foster better relationships between the community and Police.
The Porsche 911 Carrera was unveiled by officers from Harbourside Local Area Command at today’s International Students Beach Soccer Tournament at Coogee.
Featuring a striking blue and white design – the markings were designed by Sam Nejat, a 31-year-old Iranian student studying a Master of Accountancy at the University of Western Sydney.
This is not the first Porsche the NSW Police have had, with Porsche Cars Australia previously supplying a Porsche Panamera for the same purpose.
The 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera with NSW Police lights and sirens will visit events across NSW.
