Buying, selling or trading in – kogancars.com.au could be for you

Kogan hit the scene way back in 2006 as an online website essentially selling cheap TV’S out of a garage. Since then the brand has expanded massively into a one stop shop for basically anything. But there’s been one segment missing from the Kogan catalogue, cars. But now customers are being sent offers from kogancars.com.au.

Back in April via an ASX announcement the brand stated “Kogan Cars will secure new cars at competitive prices from dealers across Australia while also enabling customers to trade-in cars from a wide range of makes and models. Kogan will receive fees from Eclipx Group under the arrangement.”

Buying and selling cars made easy is the catch phrase, with the promise to get a great deal on a new car and a fair price on your trade-in. Basically, Kogan will operate as your own agent, saving you time and possibly money by organising the entire transaction.

Or you can hit Kogan up with a written offer for your new, used or trade-in from a competitor or dealership and Kogan will match the price or give you a $100 Kogan.com credit.

Kogan obviously are relying on bulk buying power to secure such deals. They will also sort test drives and even the delivery of the car to your door. They are basically offering a concierge service, looking after everything from start to finish.

Selling your car privately will still ultimately get you more coin, but if you don’t need the hassles and logistics involved this may well be worth a look!
