After launching internationally last month, the Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite with built-in GPS, 11 different fitness modes and 24 hour heart rate monitoring is now available in Australia for $99.95. 

The Mi Watch Lite includes a 1.4-inch display and has some design similarities with the Apple Watch, though Xiaomi went with a digital button for interacting with the interface. The watch includes 120 themed watch faces to personalise it to your liking.

The Mi Watch Lite also offers fitness tracker, with an array of onboard sensors including GPS able to track your steps, how many times you stand and more, including 24 hour heart rate monitoring.

Xiaomi has also specifically programmed support 11 indoor and outdoor activities such as walking, running and cycling and more including swimming, with the Mi Watch Lite carrying a 5ATM water resistance rating. 

Xiaomi says you can expect up to nine days battery life from the Mi Watch Lite, though you’ll get just 10 hours when using GPS. The watch will charge to full in just 2 hours though.

There’s your usual watch functions including timers, alarms and stopwatch, and you can also get notifications from apps on your phone, or even find your phone. The watch can also be used as a flashlight 

The Mi Watch Lite is available in black only from the Australian Mi-Store with either standard shipping for $9.95 or express for $14.95.
