OPPO has today announced a new partnership with UEFA, with the company set to support a variety of UEFA competitions over the next two seasons.
The partnership will see OPPO involved in the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Futsal Champions League Finals and UEFA Youth League Finals during the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons.
As part of the new partnership, OPPO will work with UEFA to spotlight inspirational moments on and off the pitch and to help fans witness, hear and share them.
Fans will be able to take advantage of the partnership, with OPPO offering\ football fans the unique opportunity to go pitch-side throughout the UEFA Champions League season and capture Inspiration Moments with OPPO smartphones.
These Inspiration Moments will be captured during the match and shared in an OPPO Gallery on the UEFA Champions League website and OPPO UEFA Champions League landing page.
The partnership will highlight their Find and Reno mobile devices, as well as their cutting edge NPU, MariSilicon X platforms, as well as new OPPO IoT devices including headphones and the upcoming OPPO Smartwatch.
The partnership aligns the UEFA ‘Best of the Best’ ethos with OPPO’s ‘Inspiration Ahead’ branding, and will see the OPPO branding featuring on broadcast backdrops and in stadiums, including on the perimeter advertising around the field and the UEFA Champions League website and social media
William Liu, President of Global Marketing of OPPO, said
“We are excited to partner with UEFA and work with them to drive inspiration for football fans during UEFA competitions. At OPPO, we believe in the power of innovation to help us overcome life’s challenges, and this synergy with UEFA’s desire to fight in the face of adversity, makes this a perfect partnership.”
OPPO has been a major sporting sponsor over the past four years partnering with Wimbeldon and Roland-Garros, as well as more recent partnership with the International Cricket Council which we’ll see more of this summer here in Australia. They even produced an FC Barcelona branded Reno phone which my die-hard Barca fan son prizes highly.
There’s a lot of interest in football here in Australia and we should see the OPPO branding and those neat inspirational moments soon.
