Netflix has announced a new feature for their Premium plan subscribers, rolling out Spatial Audio support as well as the option to download Netflix series and films to watch offline on more devices.
Powered by Sennheiser’s AMBEO 2-Channel Spatial Audio technology, the new feature will work on existing stereo speaker setups, including phones like the iPhone, Pixel and more as well as on Computers including laptops and desktops and of course TVs.

Netflix will offer Spatial Audio support in over 700 of their top titles including Stranger Things, The Watcher, Wednesday, and Knives Out: Glass Onion. Netflix will also include support for Spatial Audio in upcoming titles including You, Your Place or Mine, and Luther: The Fallen Sun.
To try it out for yourself, Netflix advise you can simply search ‘spatial audio’ in the Netflix search bar, or look for the spatial audio icon 
As well as Spatial Audio, Netflix are offering Premium subscribers the option to download media on more devices. Previously users could only download offline on four devices, but today Netflix are expanding this to six devices – making it easier for you to watch what you want, when and where you want to.
