Optus expands smart-home offering with Arlo products

Optus has expanded it’s smart home offering, announcing a strategic partnership with Arlo which will not only see Arlo Security cameras and doorbells available in Optus stores across Australia, but also available for installation by the Optus O-Team.

For Arlo the partnership expands the reach they have through retail channels, making it even easier for people to buy their state-of-the-art security cameras.

Optus will stock the Arlo Video Doorbell along with a range of Arlo security cameras for Aussie homes.

Brad Little, Arlo Vice President of Sales says “We are excited to partner with Optus to bring our cutting-edge security camera technology to even more Australians. By leveraging Optus’ extensive retail network, we have significantly increased our distribution network and can provide customers with greater access to a selected range of our award-winning security cameras,”

“Arlo’s security cameras boast cutting-edge features such as 4K HDR video quality, advanced motion detection, two-way audio, and night vision, enabling users to monitor their premises with unparalleled clarity and detail,” said Mr Little.

Ben Green, Senior Director at Optus Smart Spaces added “We are excited to be able to offer customers Arlo security devices through Optus Smart Spaces online and instore, as we know security is top of mind for many Australian households,”

“Arlo devices seamlessly integrate with Optus’ network infrastructure, ensuring a reliable and stable connection for secure and private monitoring,”

And it’s not just Optus retail stores that will offer the cameras, using Optus’ O-Team customers can not only purchase but get installation of their new Arlo products too. It’s a unique and not widely promoted product team that Optus offers that will make this a great and very easy decision for Optus customers.
