At Gamescon this week, HyperX has announced the new generation of their Cloud Wireless gaming headsets, the Cloud III Wireless Gaming Headset.
The new Cloud III Wireless Gaming Headset brings not just new features but also a new design to deliver even higher quality audio to gamers. As an evolution of one of the most comfortable gaming headsets on the market, the Cloud wired headset, the Cloud III Wireless continues this tradition delivering exceptional comfort, durability and sound quality.
With support for DTS Headphone:X Spatial Audio technology, the Cloud III Wireless incorporates 53mm drivers directed at an optimal angle to the ears to create audio precision. All this adds up to an immersive gaming experience, the goal of every gamer.
The detachable 10mm mic includes the LED mute indicator as it did on the wired version and once again the volume of it can be easily adjusted from the earcup. The internal metal mesh filter negates the need for a pop filter resulting in high quality voice and communication within games.
The headset is constructed with a steel headband and aluminium forks with comfort once again paramount with soft, premium leatherette on the headband and the ear pads (over the top of memory foam).
Connectivity-wise, the Cloud III Wireless offers a fast 2.4GHz wireless connection through a USB-C wireless dongle and USB-A adapter offering connectivity to multiple platforms including PC, PS5, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
The Cloud III Wireless tops off all these features with a 120 hour battery life, four times as long as the Cloud II Wireless.
