Sennheiser has announced that their AMBEO Soundbar experience is now available in a footprint that is small enough to “fit(s)-anywhere.” The Sennheiser AMBEO Soundbar Mini is designed to deliver a sound punch that offers much more than expected for such a small soundbar.
“The magic of Sennheiser AMBEO technology immerses consumers in stunning 3D sound from a simple, single source in practically any home entertainment space,” says Maximilian Voigt, Sennheiser AMBEO Soundbar Product Manager. “Our most compact Soundbar yet comes at the perfect time with both features and dimensions that are a joy to live with, in or out of the living room.”
The new AMBEO Soundbar Mini is just 70 x 10 x 6.5cm in size making it less than half the size of its bigger sibling, the Soundar Plus. This smaller size allows it to blend into the surrounds a lot more easily while still offering high quality audio.
The soundbar delivers 250W of Class D amplification to four full range drivers AND two four-inch subwoofers. This results in a “sharp fidelity, impactful bass and crystal clear presence.”
The Soundbar Mini still includes audio modes such as content-specific presets such as voice enhancement and night mode.
The Soundbar Mini is designed to be easy to use with the HDMI input supporting eARC TVs and monitors and integration with the Sennheiser Smart Control App allows for easy control of features and updates using your smartphone.
The new soundbar from Sennheiser once again supports Alexa and Google Assistant voice commands and also casting media through Chromecast Built-in and AirPlay. The Mini includes support for Dolby Atmos, DTS-X, MPEG-H codecs and 360 Reality Audio formats.
Other features include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 streaming support from services such as Spotify, Tidal, Amazon Music and more. For added bass, users can pair the new soundbar with as many as four Sennheiser AMBEO Subs.

Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless gets two new colourways
We loved the Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless when we reviewed them last year and now the popular headphones are available in two new colourways, a “Denim” and a “Black Copper” colourway.
As you would expect the Denim colourway gives a blue jeans vibe while the Black Copper colourway offers metallic accents on a black background alongside all the usual Momentum 4 features such as soft fabric headband, 60 hours of battery life, ANC and Bluetooth 5.2 support.
The “Black Copper” MOMENTUM 4 Wireless colourway will begin shipping on August 31st, 2023 on sennheiser-hearing.com and amazon.com. The “Denim” edition will begin shipping from select retailers and the sennheiser-hearing.com webstore in mid-October. The new MOMENTUM 4 Wireless colorways have an MSRP of $639.95 AUD and $679.95 NZD.
