Anker SOLIX has announced the Australian launch and availability of the portable electric cooler, the Everfrost 2, just in time for camping season.
The new Everfrost 2 is a portable electric cooler powered by a battery that lasts up to 4.3 days. The battery can be charged in various ways, including AC, 12V car socket, USB-C or even with 100W solar input.
The new battery-powered cooler is available in both 40L and 58L sizes and is ideal for maximising the cooling space without the need for space-invasive ice. Without the need for ice, you can be sure your perishables will be kept cool for days at a time and not have cooling slow as the ice melts and runs out.
Phil Krok, Sales Manager at Anker SOLIX ANZ, said: “We designed the Everfrost 2 with the Australian summer in mind. It doesn’t matter if you’re camping in the bush or spending the weekend at the beach; you can count on it to stay cold without the hassle of ice. It’s about making summer easier, so you can focus on enjoying it.”
The Everfrost 2 is robust enough to be rolled across sand or gravel, but also simple to use and manage.
If you are away from AC for a while, plug into your car 12V socket, a USB-C power supply such as those from the Anker SOLIX power stations, or a portable solar panel with 100W input. The battery is also detachable and can be used as a standalone power bank with USB-C (60W) and USB-A (12W) outputs.
The larger 58L model features two independently controlled compartments, allowing you to chill in one and freeze in the other. The Everfrost 2 will cool internally from 25°C to 0°C in just 15 minutes and is IPX3 water resistant..
The Anker SOLIC Everfrost 2 is available now from Anker SOLIX Australia, with a launch sale on until October 13 2025. The Everfrost 2 is available in two sizes:
