ASUS’ gaming focused Republic of Gamers (ROG) line has hit the 20 year anniversary this year, and it’s kicking off a big year including the first 16” dual OLED display gaming laptop, as well as new Zephyrus G-series models and a new TUF A14 launching here in Australia.
‘For those who dare’ has been the tagline for ROG devices, which have brought us some bold new concepts, and engineering ideas throughout their existence.
At their 2026 ROG launch this week, BradleyHowe, Head of Consumer, ASUS Australia said
“Two decades ago, ROG set out to define new possibilities in gaming, a spirit of continuous innovation that continues to guide us. Our 20th anniversary is a moment to reflect on a legacy built on community and impactful technology, and to lay a strong foundation for gaming’s next chapter in Australia.“
The new range includes a number of devices announced during CES earlier this year, with the Zephyrus 14 and Zephyrus 16 gaming laptops, and the ASUS TUF A14 ‘ensuring there is a device purpose-built for every kind of gamer’.
ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo
The big announcement this year is the impressive dual-screen 16” ASUS Zephyrus Duo.
The dual-screen laptop builds on the successful ASUS Zenbook Duo line, bringing the dual-screen concept to their gaming line-up.
Sporting dual dual 16” 3K resolution, 120HzROG Nebula HDR OLED touchscreens, the laptop is designed to enhance both productivity and gaming.
An NVIDIA RTX GPU will power the dual-display, with options for up to an RTX5090 and up to an Intel Core Ultra9 Series 3 processors. Memory and storage options will be available up to 64GB and 2TB depending on your budget.

A detachable magnetic keyboard is included which is stored between the displays, and turns it into a traditional clamshell style laptop, though is easily slipped out to make use of the dual-display.
ASUS will ship the system with a premium CNC-milled aluminium chassis in a Stellar Grey colourway.
Prices for the Zephyrus Duo will start at $8,999 in June, or you can go right up to their top of the line model starting at $12,999 with that model starting to ship from May.
Zephyrus G14 and G16
The popular ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 and G16 will also be updated this
Year. ASUS will continue their stylish design which fits in seamlessly whether in a meeting room, or attending a LAN party.
The 2026 Zephyrus G14 and G16 feature upgraded ROG Nebula Display with HDR. The G14 will feature a 3K resolution display with 120Hz refresh, while the G16 offers 2.5K resolution at 240Hz refresh rate – with both supporting 0.2ms response time, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, 1100 nits of peak brightness.


ASUS has promised both Intel and AMD processor options, with NVIDIA RTX GPUs. With Core Ultra Series 3 processors available for both the G16 and G14 models, and AMD Ryzen AI 9 465 options available for the G14.
ASUS will start the G14 series off at $4,999 when it arrives in May, while the G16 will start at $6,499 in May as well.
ASUS TUF
Lastly, ASUS will revamp their TUF A14 in 2026. Aimed at students and casual gamers, the ASUS TUF A14 brings military grade construction, offering a durable system that can game anywhere you want to.
Featuring a 14”, 2.5K resolution display with up to 165Hz refresh, ASUS will offer the TUF A14 with a variety of AMD Ryzen, as well as a Strix Halo processor with a number of memory and storage configurations.

Pricing for ASUS’ TUF A14 will start from $3,199 when it arrives on the ASUS eStore next month.
