Every Friday I pick up my son and we hit 7-Eleven for a Slurpee, and maybe a sneaky ice-cream as the weather heats up. This week, we’ll be combining the two with the new Drumstick Slurpee hitting stores.
The new collaboration transforms the stalwart of the 7-Eleven Slurpee machine, the much-loved raspberry Slurpee flavour into a Drumstick. The Drumstick Slurpee cone is their first ever sorbet creation, with raspberry-flavoured Slurpee sorbet and smooth, creamy vanilla ice-cream, topped with fizzy candy pieces on top for that fizzing, crunchy pop – and yes, you still get the Drumstick choc tip at the end.

Andrea Hamori, Head of Marketing at Peters Ice-Cream said of the collab
“Drumstick is always looking for ways to shake up the classic cone experience, and our first-ever sorbet creation is a really exciting milestone for us. Slurpee’s raspberry flavour is already a huge hit with Aussies, so we wanted to see what would happen if we gave it the Drumstick treatment. The result is something fruity, refreshing and packed with all the fun you’d expect from both brands.”

The Drumstick Slurpee has already been a hit overseas, so it’s arriving just in time for summer. Peters sell over 155 million Drumstick cones and 7-Eleven move millions of Slurpee’s each year so it’s perfect meeting of the flavours.
It’s hitting 7-Eleven stores now and will be available nationwide for a limited time.
