I need it, and I need it now, and that’s how you can get more access to more than 25,000 products from Target from today, thanks to the Uber Eats app.
Arriving just in time for Christmas shopping, the Uber Eats app will offer a curated range of products across fashion, beauty, homewares, toys and baby goods, giving you access to last-minute gifts, kids’ essentials and more – with delivery expected within 60 minutes.
The availability of Target’s range will be limited to ‘selected stores in high-demand areas’ initially, with Target expected to expand to additional stores by the new year.
As the first fashion retailer in Australia to join the Uber Eats platform, Target sees the expansion to Uber Eats as a way to build a stronger connection with customers, offering more convenient ways to shop from their stores, through to online shopping and now fast delivery.
Bernard Wilson, Chief Customer Officer Kmart and Target, said
“Customers are looking for more ease and flexibility than ever before, and our focus is on building an online offer that works around them, whether they’re planning ahead or need something quickly. We’ve spent 100 years helping Australians access products they’ll love at great value. This partnership is another way we’re making it easier for customers to shop with Target, wherever and whenever it suits them.”
Target says that the partnership is designed to give customers more choice, flexibility and convenience in how they shop. They also have said they are looking at ‘further opportunities to provide customers with even more valuable experiences to be explored over time’.
You can see the range of products from Target in selected areas from today in the Uber Eats app.
