As summer approaches, it’s time to make sure you’re ready to take your tunes on the road and LG is here with their new TONE Free T90s wireless earbuds and LG XBOOM Go XG2T portable Bluetooth speaker. 

We’ve loved the range of LG TONE Free portable earbuds previously, and the new T90S wireless buds offer a new more comfortable design and a heap of new and returning popular features, while the XG2T speaker includes a rich bass and clear sound, great battery and Mil-Spec certification so you can take it with you wherever you go this summer.

LG TONE Free T90S

The LG TONE Free T90S earbuds have had a small makeover to improve comfort and fit, as well as seeing the return of some popular features, and the introduction of new ones. 

The big feature for the LG TONE Free T90S is the introduction of the new Dolby Head Tracking tech embedded in the earbuds which pair with the TONE Free app to deliver spatial audio on content and devices which aren’t Dolby-supported.

The buds also have improved sound quality with a diaphragm made from graphene offering improved sound clarity and less distortion.

The redesign of the earbuds is aided by new oval ear tips included in the box, which help to fit more ear shapes, as well as helping create a tighter seal which reduces surrounding noise thanks to a more secure fit. The improved seal and on-board algorithms taking input from the multiple mics on-board have improved Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) as well.

The LG TONE Free T90S also sees the return of some great features including the Plug & Play’ feature which lets you plug the case into an AUX jack (including on a flight) using the included cable,  turning the charging case into a wireless dongle so you can go wire-free. 

LG is also bringing back their UVnano technology in the charging case which eliminates 99.9% of bacteria with a 10 minute bath in the UV light in the case.

The buds support multi-point audio connectivity to two devices, with the LG TONE Free app further allowing users to sync up to five external devices – great for those of us with multiple devices.

As you’d expect you can play all day with the TONE Free T90S, with the buds and charging case supporting up to 36-hour battery life.

You can only get the LG TONE Free T90S in black, but it’s classic for a reason and looks great on the buds and case.

LG XBOOM Go XG2T

Ready to play and party hard this summer? The compact, yet powerful LG XBOOM Go XG2T is with it’s versatile adjustable cord ready to attach to almost anything – backpacks, bike handles and tent poles – to join you on your adventures. 

The speaker is MIL-Spec certified, and survived water, dust, sand, salt, fog and more, so you can throw it in your bag or on your bike with the confidence it will survive the trip.
