Finding your dream property is getting an AI-assisted boost, with RealEstate.com.au launching their first real estate app for ChatGPT. 

Available right in ChatGPT on desktop and mobile, you can have the assistant search listings on the website using conversational language, letting you simply ask it to find what you want.

The app can deliver results including properties to buy anywhere in Australia listed on realestate.com.au, with the ability to apply filters to your search including your budget, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and more, with results able to be sorted by price listing date and relevance. 

The map based results can show a host of information in the listing preview including up to 7 photos, property details, and agent information.

You can save searches, find out information about the agent and even refine your search by telling ChatGPT what you want – all through just speaking to the app.

To get the RealEstate.com.au app working in ChatGPT you will need to connect the app to your ChatGPT profile once you login by going to Profile > Settings > Apps > Add more > Search realestate.com.au > Select realestate.com.au > Start chat.

The launch of a ChatGPT app is part of the companies broader investment in AI, with plans to bring more features to the app including the ability to search for commercial properties, as well as rentals and sold properties. 

Plans are also in place to expand functionality, bringing neighbourhood insights, travel times and amenities, as well as offering floor plans and availability tools – and of course personalised recommendations.
