1. Promoter

The promoter is EFTM Pty Ltd (ABN 75 627 269 416), trading as EFTM, Unit 31, 7 Sefton Road, Thornleigh NSW 2120

2. Eligibility

  • Open to permanent residents of Australia excluding South Australia.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older unless otherwise specified.
  • Employees of EFTM Pty Ltd, Trevor Long Media Pty Ltd, and their immediate families are ineligible.

3. How to Enter

  • Download the free EFTM App, sign in or sign up for an EFTM ID.
  • Navigate to WIN in the app, choose the active competition, and tap Enter.
  • Some competitions may allow multiple entries, either:
    • A set number per day; or
    • One entry per day across multiple days.
      Details will be specified for each competition.

4. Entry Period

Each competition’s opening and closing dates will be stated within the specific competition listing on the EFTM App or promotional materials. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

5. Prize Draws & Winner Notification

  • Winners will be announced in the EFTM Man Cave Facebook Group and notified via email.
  • If no response is received within 7 days, EFTM may send a follow-up email or SMS.
  • Prizes unclaimed after 2 months will be redrawn.
  • EFTM’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless specified.
  • EFTM accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed prizes.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for competition administration and prize fulfilment. EFTM will handle all data per the EFTM Privacy Policy

8. Social Media Disclaimer

Competitions promoted on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, or any other social media platform are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms. Entrants provide information to EFTM and not to these platforms.

9. Liability

EFTM is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or winning, except where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Variations

These general terms apply to all EFTM competitions unless expressly varied in a specific competition’s details.
