Good friend of EFTM and founder of car site Between the Axles Derek Fung has just moved to New York, so this week we’re celebrating by drinking the classic Manhattan cocktail.
Ingredients
• 60 ml McKenna Bourbon
• 30ml Martini Rosso Vermouth
• 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Tools
• Jigger
• Boston Shaker
• Bar Spoon
Method
Pour McKenna Bourbon and other ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well and then strain into a pre-chilled glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
