EFTM Happy Hour: Bourbon Sour

Looking for something a bit different from the standard bourbon and coke? Why not try some lemon and egg white with your Tennessee whiskey?

Ingredients

• 60ml McKenna Bourbon
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 20ml Sugar Syrup
• 10ml Egg White

Tools

• Jigger
• Boston Shaker
• Strainer

Method

Pour the McKenna, lemon juice, and sugar syrup and egg white into a boston shaker with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a chilled sour glass and garnish with a cherry.
