• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 20ml Sugar Syrup
• 10ml Egg White
• Jigger
• Boston Shaker
• Strainer
Pour the McKenna, lemon juice, and sugar syrup and egg white into a boston shaker with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a chilled sour glass and garnish with a cherry.
