Having recently launched their first Laser TV in Australia, Hisense are doubling down on the technology – announcing their TriChroma Laser TV will be sold in Australia in 2020.
TriChroma is an advanced Laser TV technology that uses red, blue and green lasers – the green being the technological leap here, normally not found in this type of product. This is a big deal, means a better colour reproduction and therefore an even more accurate picture.
A 3200 lumens brightness means there will be a great performance on screen, while the unit itself will, like the current Laser TV on the market from Hisense – feature a built-in TV tuner, HDMI inputs and all the other things you’d expect from your TV including their Smart TV interface.
Andre Iannuzzi from Hisense says: “Since we launched our 100- inch 4K Dual Laser TV last year, we have been thrilled with the significant interest and response from our consumers. Our aim is to provide Australians with TVs that exemplify outstanding picture quality and the 4K TriChroma™ Laser TV represents our commitment to this promise.”
“We are dedicated to evolving our proprietary laser technology, bringing bigger and bolder TVs to market. Featuring premium, cinema-grade technologies, the 4K TriChroma ™ Laser TV propels the Hisense brand to new heights in Australia,”
The Hisense Laser TV’s sound system includes 13 built-in speakers powered by Dolby Atmos and a wireless subwoofer.
We expect the TriChroma Laser TV to hit Australia late in 2020.
