KFC has announced they’re now offering delivery in the KFC app, thanks to a partnership with Door Dash.
From today you’ll be able to select the Delivery option right in the KFC app, with Door Dash delivering customer orders from over 500 KFC restaurants in all states and territories across Australia.
You’ll be able to take advantage of free delivery in the KFC app for 2 weeks, if you order a tower burger. The Tower burger, which consists of an ‘Original Recipe’ chicken fillet with cheese, tangy tomato sauce, mayonnaise, lettuce and the piece de resistance, a hash brown, will be available until March 22nd to promote the launch of delivery. You’ll still be able to get delivery if you don’t want a Tower burger, but you will be charged for it.
Kristi Woolrych, CMO at KFC Australia, said: “We’ve listened to our fans, and we’ve made ordering even easier for them by launching a delivery service via the KFC App. This means our great deals, exclusive limited-time products, endless customisations, Secret Menu offers, click & collect service, and now delivery are all in the same spot. To celebrate the launch of our new service, we’re offering free delivery for two weeks when our fans order the Tower Burger on the KFC App!”
With the addition of delivery, the KFC app is now super convenient and after checking out that pic of the Tower burger, I might just have to trial their delivery at lunch. You can grab the KFC app from Google Play and the Apple app store for free right now.
