Many people have some form of security cameras at home these days and there are a lot of brands available to purchase, normally at a big hit to your wallet. D-Link has been a player in this space for a while and has now launched two new cameras designed to fit into your home unobtrusively without leaving you with a hole in your pocket.
The two cameras launched are a standard small compact full HD camera and a compact full HD camera with pan and tilt — both are Wi-Fi cameras, and both are available now at an extremely affordable price.
D-Link Compact DCS-6100LH Full HD Wi-Fi Camera
The design of the DCS-6100LH is a similar design to its predecessor with its small form factor offering a stylish and subtle camera for your home. It includes Full HD (1080p) resolution with a 110-degree FOV in both day and night settings.
Designed to be easy to use, the camera offers IR night vision along with sound and motion detection that trigger alerts that can be sent to your mobile device. It records short clips of motion allowing for storage of the clips in the cloud to be viewed at any time.

D-Link DCS-6500LH Compact Full HD Pan & Tilt Wi-Fi Camera
The DCS-6500LH, thanks to its panning and tilting lens, offers 340-degree views allowing you to see even more of your room. The features included match those of the DCS-6100LH including night vision even in total darkness, sound and motion detection, a 1080p resolution and a built-in microphone.
Features specific to the DCS-6500LH include the pan and tilt functionality along with auto motion tracking to follow the movement detected in your house — automatically. It also includes a lens cover that can be turned on using the mydlink app to add privacy when required. Not only is there cloud storage available but also the ability to record locally with the built-in microSD card slot.
