Samsung have announced that their first Mini-LED Gaming monitor, the Odyssey Neo G7, is now available for purchase in Australia.

The Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 is a 43-inch, 4K (3840×2160) resolution gaming monitor offering gamers near life-like picture quality, giving gamers a more comprehensive view of the action. The monitor includes a panel with 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response with  HDR 600 and HDR 10+ certification. 

Samsung have utilised their Quantum Matrix Technology to bare, including Quantum Mini LEDs to offer richer blacks, more expansive colour expression and more details, even in areas normally in shadow. 

There’s plenty of connectivity options, with both HDMI 2.1 and Display Port, with the option to connect to it wirelessly with built-in Wifi/Bluetooth, letting you play a mobile game on a larger screen, or connect a third-party controller to the display to use apps available from the Samsung Smart Hub like Microsoft’s xCloud gaming service. 

The Samsung SmartHub includes a number of apps, games and more, including over-the-top (OTT) content apps such as Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube, as well as Samsung TV Plus which brings 90+ channels in Australia offering thousands of movies and shows on-demand.

The Odyssey Neo G7 is now available from JB Hi-Hi and the Samsung Online Store with an RRP of $1,799.
