Ford has given its Everest four-wheel-drive the off-road treatment.
While not quite a fully fledged Ford Ranger Raptor twin, the 2025 Ford Everest Tremor edition gets specialised off-road suspension, tyres and underbody protection – while maintaining the 3.5-tonne towing capacity.
Unlike the Ford Ranger Tremor ute which is a limited edition, the Ford Everest Tremor four-wheel-drive wagon will become a permanent part of the local line-up.
It is due to arrive in Australian showrooms in November 2024, pending any delays.
All models will be powered by Ford’s turbo-diesel 3.0-litre V6 engine (184kW/600Nm) paired to a 10-speed automatic transmission, now with a rock-crawl function.
However, buried in the fineprint, this version of the TDV6 will require regular top-ups of AdBlue diesel exhaust mitigation fluid.
Ford says the vehicle will be available in ‘Command Grey’ (pictured), which looks similar to ‘Conquer Grey’ from the Raptor.
Ford says customers can further personalise their Tremor with a range of factory-fit options, including the Rough Terrain Pack featuring ARB accessories, a Touring Pack, a Premium Seat Pack, and a Towing Pack.
Prices for the ‘MY2025.25’ Ford Everest Tremor are as follows:
