Roborock has taken the top spot in Canstar’s 2026 Most Satisfied Customers Award – Robot Vacuum, scoring five stars in every category.
Canstar’s survey included 354 Australian customers and focused on users’ satisfaction with robot vacuums they have used or owned in recent years. The categories included were Overall Satisfaction, Performance, Features and Functionality, Battery and Charging Performance, Design, Ease of Use and Value for Money.
Roborock received five stars across all categories from its users, the only robot vacuum brand to do so. Its success across all categories is exemplified by its newly released robot vacuums, the Saros 20 Flow and the Qrevo Edge 2 Flow, taking automation to a new level.
Both new models feature SpiraFlow 2.0 roller mop technology for a deeper, more hygienic clean with a bacterial removal rate of 99%. With faster roller rotation at 240 r/min, 2.5x downward mopping pressure, and pressurised 100ºC self-cleaning freshwater roller washing, the result is a hygienic, clean floor.
The Saros 20 Flow also incorporates 36,000Pa suction and AdaptiLift Traverse 3.0, allowing it to lift over rises of up to 8.8cm.
The Qrevo Edge 2 Flow is a more affordable, comprehensive robot vacuum cleaner but still includes 35,000Pa of HyperForce suction and the SpiraFlow 2.0 system mentioned above. It features a 100% hair pickup rate for a consistent clean across various floor types.
