At CES 2023 in Las Vegas LG has unveiled their 2023 OLED TV line-up with an improved picture quality and improved image processing technologies.

LG’s self-lit OLED technology is front and centre in the 2023 TV line-up with the latest Z3, G3 and C3 OLED evo series TVs.  These new, upgraded TVs deliver improved brightness and colour accuracy along with upgraded clarity and detail.

Alongside the enhanced picture is an upgrade of the performance thanks to the new α9 AI Processor Gen6 chipset.  This chipset uses LG AI-assisted Deep Learning to deliver that premium picture and sound quality we have come to expect from LG TVs with improved clarity, depth and detail in every frame.  The α9 AI Processor Gen6 chipset also drives the LG AI Sound Pro to deliver 9.1.2 surround sound, all from the TVs built-in speaker system.

The new OLED evo G3 series also features the new LG Brightness Booster Max technology which can deliver a brightness increase of up to 70 percent.  This is all in addition to the new design upgrade to the evo G3 series via the “ultra-seamless” One Wall Design which leaves no visible gap when the TV is wall mounted.

2023 brings a refreshed, more personalised user experience thanks to the latest version of WebOS which includes a redesigned user interface and Quick Cards to help you find the content you use the most more easily and a lot faster.

The 2023 LG TVs continue to support Dolby vision and Dolby Atmos while offering seamless integration with the latest LG soundbars.  Connectivity is also improved with HDMI 2.1a compatibility along with Quick Media Switching VRR to eliminate the black screen seen when switching content from one source to another.

At this stage local availability and pricing has not been announced but we expect the LG 2023 OLED TV range to arrive Downunder some time in H1 2023.
