LG has announced the local availability of its 2026 TV lineup, featuring an upgraded, true-wireless Wallpaper TV and new features and chips to its more conventional B6, C6, and G6 lines.
In 2026, LG is releasing close to 40 new TVs featuring LED and OLED models across the entire price range, with something for everyone, including a $29,999 97-inch OLED TV.
LG’s Tony Brown said that the aim is for LG to offer a genuine choice across “world-class display technologies” while making life easier with its ‘Affectionate Intelligence’ approach to AI.
“We’re seeing Australians interact with screens in more dynamic ways than ever before as the premium viewing experience expands throughout the home. Our 2026 TV lineup is engineered to help our customers easily manage this complex content landscape and get the best experience, no matter what they’re watching or playing.”

The premium 2026 models, the W6, G6, and C6, all feature the all-new Alpha 11 AI Processor Gen3, which uses the new Dual AI Engine to improve sharpness and texture, delivering “natural and balanced images.” Alongside the LG AI is the new WebOS 26 that learns and adapts to the user to personalise their experience.
LG OLED evo
LG is undoubtedly the king of OLED and has added new technologies to it, including the Hyper Radiant Colour Tech (on premium models) to deliver brightness and colour on its own tier in OLED TVs, and Brightness Booster technology, including Brightness Booster Ultra, on its premium W6 and G6 models. The result is a brightness 3.9 times the brightness of the LG OLED B6 TV.
For those using the TV in a bright room, the premium models also receive a new Reflection Free Premium to minimise screen reflections.

The lineup is headlined by the return of the iconic LG OLED evo Wallpaper TV (W6), now featuring True Wireless technology. At just 9.9mm thin, the W6 offers users greater freedom in their interior design by wirelessly transmitting visually lossless 4K video and audio from the separate Zero Connect Box.1
The LG flagship of 2026 is once again the OLED evo Wallpaper TV, this year the W6 and now 9.9mm thin. It is truly wireless this year with the Zero Connect Box sending all signals (including 4K) to the TV using LG’s own frequency band. This allows it to sit flush with the wall, without any cables or a sound bar needing to be mounted nearby to hide them.
The G6 range also includes a Flush Fit Gallery Design, albeit not as thin as the W6 Wallpaper TV.

The best-selling C6 series will once again offer a harmonious balance between performance and price, thanks to its Alpha 11 AI Processor Gen3 and Brightness Booster Pro technology (on 77- and 83-inch models). This technology makes the display 3.2 times brighter than the OLED B6 models. The 48- to 65-inch C6 and 97-inch G6 models feature a more basic version of Brightness Booster Technology that still delivers improved brightness and detail.

The affordable B6 series also features a new chipset, the Alpha 8 AI Processor Gen3, to help it deliver new features seamlessly.
For gamers, you should look for OLED models that offer up to 4K at 165Hz and ClearMR 10000 certification. All 2026 OLED models still support NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync and a 0.1ms response time for improved game play.

LG Micro RGB evo
We saw a lot of RGB at CES this year and LG is also expanding its premium TV lineup with the new LG Micro RGB (MRGB) evo.
The RGB LED backlights are controlled precisely and individually by the powerful Alpha 11 AI Processor Gen3 chipset, enabling RGB Primary Colour Ultra to deliver amazing colour reproduction for an LCD TV.
The new MRGB evo range offers professional-grade colour accuracy with Triple Crown 100% Colour Gamut Area Ratio to BT.2020, DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB colour spaces.

LG QNED evo
Want or need a massive TV? The 2026 LG QNED evo TV range could be right up your alley with a premium picture on screens up to 115 inches. The LG QNED evo TVs deliver a wide colour gamut for life-like colour in any room.

WebOS 26 & AI
WebOS 26 and AI are both front and centre, with AI capable of upscaling content to 4K, including every frame and scene in the signal using AI Picture Pro, while AI Object Remastering enhances voices for improved clarity.
Powered by Google Gemini and MS Copilot, the new AI Hub offers support for conversational questions alongside a personalised ‘My Page’ for each member of your household.

WebOS delivers access to all of your favourite content, including:
“Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Paramount+, and Apple TV+, catch live and on-demand sport through Kayo and Stan Sport, and access local content with catch-up TV apps from all major Australian broadcasters such as ABC iView, SBS On Demand, 9Now, 7plus and 10.”
LG also still offers its own LG Channels, more than 150 channels of free content and Channel 10’s linear broadcast channels without the need for a terrestrial aerial.
The 2026 LG TV range is available from leading retailers and LG.com/au from 18 March 2026.
